Dave has been working on his own motorcycles since his first one, a brand new 1974 Kawasaki S3 400. After studying electrical and mechanical engineering and a long career in the aviation industry, he recently turned his long-time motorcycle repair hobby into a full-time operation. These days he’s wrenching more than riding, but gets in lots of test runs on everything that comes through the doors, and enjoys his own bikes when running errands or Sunday rides.

”All motorcycles do the same thing - they have two wheels and get you down the road. It’s HOW they do that differently that keeps things interesting. The designers from different nations and companies take somewhat different approaches in system design, and the nature of the engines, suspensions, and ergonomics create some very unique characters in terms of power, vibration, sounds, handling, and overall impressions. I believe it’s the character that breeds brand loyalty.”

We treat your bike like it’s one of ours, and keep in close contact with you through your work scope with updates and photos. For more information contact: Dave@oldscoolmotorcycles.com or call 469.723.3119.
